Membership and Fees for Families Seeking an After-School Nanny 2026/2027

Hiring an after-school nanny means care during after-school hours or after-nursery hours only, for example 3:00pm-7:00pm.

Membership terms

Our after-school nanny membership is based on a 4-month minimum sign-up.

After your 4th month, your agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis.

This membership is designed for families looking for regular, ongoing after-school childcare support.

A note on nanny rates

Membership fees cover your ongoing agency support and are separate from your nanny's hourly pay.

We recommend a rate of £15-£18 gross per hour as our entry-level range, in line with the London Living Wage, rising to up to £20 gross per hour for more experienced nannies.

We will always be clear and upfront about rates before any placement.

Membership fees — frozen for 2026/27

We've held our membership rates steady for the whole of 2026/27 so your family can plan with confidence.

1 day - £50 + VAT / month

2 days - £70 + VAT / month

3 days -£80 + VAT / month

4 days£100 + VAT / month

5 days £120 + VAT / month

6-7 days £140 + VAT / month

Ad hoc, emergency and holiday childcare booking fees

If you are a family seeking summer holiday help, ad hoc care, or emergency childcare, our booking fees are as follows:

Booking length Fee: 1-4 hours £15 + VAT / day and 4+ hours £20 + VAT / day

For bookings of more than one week, such as summer holiday help or international holiday nannies, the fee is:

Longer bookings Fee Over 1 week £150 + VAT / week
